The woman at the front desk didn’t communicate well. I wasn’t informed that my car was finished being inspected and then when I finally got my car back she had misplaced my car key. It’s was a mess! Will never go back

If I lived in Durham, this would be my auto repair place forever. I have never been to an auto repair place that is so courteous and nice. Even during “non-contact” Covid times, that all still find a way to be personable and nice. I doubt I’ll find a similar experience in my hometown, Dallas.
