Overall, great experience at Northgate Auto! It was my first time and I went in for an oil change. I made an appointment through the online system (it took a few days for them to get back to me, but I got my second date choice). Service was friendly and the waiting area was comfortable and had free coffee, water, and wifi. Service took an hour (they checked and changed my air filters as well, after bringing out the dirty ones and asking if I wanted to change them) and cost was pretty cheap. They offer a 10% discount for Duke affiliates! I plan on going back the next time I need maintenance.

Northgate Express has taken care of our cars for over 35 years!! We trust them to do a good job and are not disappointed!

First time visiting, but not last. Incredibly friendly and very accommodating to a first time customer. If they are this way for an inspection, I can imagine the service I would get on a regular basis.

Northgate Auto is my regular auto service stop. Most recently they did a brake job on my 2013 Altima. As always, the work was done promptly and completely competently. I have relied on this station for car and truck care since 1972. They stand behind their work and the staff and atmosphere are always welcoming. Waiting area upgrades over the past few years have made it a pleasant place to wait; plus, Northgate shopping is only a few steps away for the longer maintenance and repairs.

Family own business gives great service. I have been coming here for the last four years and every time I feel confident and leave fully satisfied with the work that’s been done on my vehicle. Great people wish more car repairs were like this one. There are very few and if you do find one ....you better stick with them. !!!
