They've been doing my family's auto work since the 70's. I live out of town now, but still make the trip to Durham so that Northgate Express can still do all my auto maintenance. Can there be any greater testimonial as to the quality of their professionalism and skill?

This place has iutstanding customer service! My volvo had a minor computer glitch. They could've lied and charged me some outrageous fee! I paid the diagnostic fee only! Everyone was extremely helpful, I'll be back!

Friendly, helpful staffWas concerned about air filter being original one on the Scion XB, brought in for service on Tuesday, since that should have been changed during previous times of serviceHave been bringing both automobiles for several years and expected/trusted reliable, honest service.
