I've relied on the folks at Northgate for four years now. They have never given me reason to doubt a diagnosis or an estimate. Always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Northgate is my mechanic for as long as I am in Durham.

Lady at the front desk was super sweet. She told me to bring my car in same day. They let me know I needed a new starter and gave me two options to pick from. It was fully repaired from the time I got there till it was finished in about 2.5-3.5 hours. I’ll be back here for sure. Thanks!

Excellent service and staff

No body likes getting their car serviced. The key is finding trustworthy folks who will treat you fairly, not take advantage of you, and go the extra mile with customer service. Northgate checks all those boxes. They stayed open late for me so I could pick my car up after work which made a big difference for me. That is how you win customers over and get repeat business--I know where I will take my car for future services.
