As first time car owners, having a car break down in the middle of a long road trip was extremely stressful. Luckily the breakdown was on I-85 in Durham and we had the extremely good fortune to find Northgate Auto Service. They helped talk us through how to limp our car to them, and were relentless about finding the correct parts to get us back up and running. We could not have been happier with the friendliness, professionalism, and competence of this auto shop. Even when we unjustly complained about our auto shop back home maybe missing something when we got a checkup pre-trip, they refused to throw any other auto shop under the bus. It turns out they were correct, there was nothing a checkup could have prevented. We could not be happier with Northgate Auto Service.
