These folks were awesome. Got my truck in and repaired next day. They use text notifications in addition to voicemail which is handy. They have online payments and combination boxes outside for contactless vehicle pick up. My favorite thing was the tech put my seat back where I had it! Or he was super super short... Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they left my truck unlocked in their parking lot which is in an area with a lot of foot traffic. They knew I was picking it up soon but it was kind of concerning.

State inspection. Appointment was easy to set by phone. Service on time. Efficient and friendly service

They are always prompt, cheerful and competent.

Great folks. Love that lady on the front desk. 2023 update: The shop has new people. But they are still friendly and do a very good job.

As a newcomer to NC I was looking for a reliable local auto service facility. I found it in Northgate Auto Service. People are great, honest and professional. I was told that some service that I requested was not necessary, and was impressed with that. I'll be back.
