I would give them 6 stars if i could. This is a wonderful auto service center with great and caring folks working there. I was in the area this morning and needed assistance with my tires on my Ford Raptor. Fortunately I found this Northgate auto service. I called early in the morning and they told me to come in ASAP. They quickly and efficiently took care of what I needed. They recognized that I am a Marine and went above and beyond to thank me for my service. I can not say enough positive things about this place and the people here.
I've been here 10 times in the 4 years I've been in Durham. Absolutely the best experience I have EVER had at a garage. They are more than fair, customer focused, and so friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I found this garage on the Car Talk forum mechanic's files to evaluate my daughter's old car after she had just moved from the northeast. Based on their advice we decided to junk the car. They charged me nothing. Then she bought a new car which turned out to need ball joints, and she was abandoned by the dealer (who we will pursue in other ways). The work was done very quickly and competently at a fair price. They are a delight to deal with and have earned our business.
We have been taking our cars here since we moved to Durham. We trust them and do not plan to take our cars anywhere else.
Friendly; always explain whats needed and informed of cost before repairs. Last year AAA replaced battery, new battery not working well.I brought it to Northgate they found problem and replaced battery. Have been a customer for years and highly recommend your service and employees. Ann
