I've been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past, so I'm super weary when I move and have to find a new one. So glad I found Northgate, these guys are great! Always super friendly, I've never had an issue getting in when I need to, and communication is wonderful - they'll check in with details and cost breakdown before doing anything to the car. Their COVID precautions are solid - a key dropbox and an outdoor tent with heaters if you need to wait. Plus online appointment scheduling is a breeze. I recently had a car issue and they happened to find an easy fix. They refused to charge me a dime even after I asked if I could pay them a diagnostic fee or really anything for their time. These guys are 100% my go-to auto place. Genuinely nice and trustworthy people.

It's always a pleasant experience to go to Northgate Auto. They are friendly, prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I just got a new used car and took it to Northgate for the inaugural inspection. I've been taking my old problematic car there for years. Great local business.

great and honest auto maintenance! i thought i needed a synthetic oil change and they told me i wasnt due! honest and reliable auto care! they also take covid seriously and are very precautious. i wont go anywhere else!

I had a horrible grinding sound under my car and brought it by without an appointment. They had my car in the bay for about half an hour and fixed the issue of a wedged pebble. They wouldn’t let me pay anything for their time. I so appreciate the friendliness, honesty, and neighborliness I always find here. In addition, the Covid precautions are excellent, with key drop off, and sanitizing the car after they drive it from the bay. They’ve set up an outdoor waiting area that provides warmth from an effective outdoor heater, yet is also socially distanced. Highest recommendation!
