Northgate Auto has been maintaining our cars for years. We love the customer service and timely manner they get our cars in and out. It is great being able to go shopping while our car is being worked on.

It is difficult for a garage to earn my trust. I have tried many in Durham and Northgate Express has the best combination of honesty and knowhow that I have found. They are diligent and they do not overcharge. They have earned my loyalty.

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. Turned out that my car had a recall. They fully explained the recall to me and printed out the paper work for me. The mechanic said they could do the work there but it would be cheaper for me to go to the dealership. He explained everything that I needed to ask the dealership for to have the recall fixed and warned me that they would tell me all these other things that are wrong. They checked out the car and said there wasn't any additional work that needed to be done and not to get sucked into the dealerships trap. They explained other questions that I had without being condescending or like they were just pushing me through to get me in and out. I will definitely go back and suggest this place to friends.
