This place is great. Free wifi, cable tv, helpful mechanic and they give diacount for Duke people. Will come back here for next oil change.

This place is the best. I've come in with my bumper hanging off twice and they reattached it free of charge both times. They're also quite reasonable for oil changes, windshield wiper replacements, and other car needs. And the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who has car problems in the area. A+ work.

Just moved to the area and hoped to find a trustworthy repair shop. Read other reviews and decided to give Northgate a try. The reviews didn't lie. These folks understand how to treat customers. In my case a repair job done at another shop had been done poorly. Northgate called and talked to the other shop and tried to get them to warranty their work. The repairs were done quickly and I have the confidence that they only did what needed to be done and did it for a very reasonable price. I think I found my new shop! Highly recommend them!
