Durham Auto Repair

Many places try to get over on our elderly but not this auto shop. I have been going there for years. My mom was concerned about her a/c so she took her car to Northgate Auto. There wasn't anything wrong with it and they explained what she was seeing. She asked how much, she was told nothing because nothing was done. Now if she went anywhere else then it would have been $50-$75 for no issue. They look out for our community which I appreciate.

I previously had my oil change at a Jiffy Lube that had a mileage sticker of when I should return. After a bad experience there, I decided to check out Northgate Auto. The mechanic told me I didn’t need an oil change (I still had over 50% oil left!), checked all my fluids, and fixed a faulty light on my dashboard at no cost. Like most, I am nervous of getting taken advantage of by mechanics (especially being a female) but I’m glad I trusted these reviews. Everyone was kind and trustworthy and I will definitely be returning.

In my opinion, these folks know their stuff when it comes to fast, but done right, car repair.

I would give them 6 stars if i could. This is a wonderful auto service center with great and caring folks working there. I was in the area this morning and needed assistance with my tires on my Ford Raptor. Fortunately I found this Northgate auto service. I called early in the morning and they told me to come in ASAP. They quickly and efficiently took care of what I needed. They recognized that I am a Marine and went above and beyond to thank me for my service. I can not say enough positive things about this place and the people here.

I've been here 10 times in the 4 years I've been in Durham. Absolutely the best experience I have EVER had at a garage. They are more than fair, customer focused, and so friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would.
