As a newcomer to NC I was looking for a reliable local auto service facility. I found it in Northgate Auto Service. People are great, honest and professional. I was told that some service that I requested was not necessary, and was impressed with that. I'll be back.

I have used Northgate Auto for 5 years and always appreciate their fast and friendly service. I trust them to do great work without overcharging or recommending more than is necessary. The highlight is Pia (pronounced PIE-ah), the kind and hilarious woman who keeps things running, and who always remembers me. Murderinos: ask about her hometown. :)
This place is amazing!! My dad actually recommended this place to me and I'm so glad he did. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, their service is quick and professional, the lady at the front office is super sweet and courteous, they have easy online payment options (great for COVID-19), and they have incredibly fast service. 10/10 :)
Timmy, the representative I spoke with, was professional, prompt, and did exactly what he said he would do! We need more honest people in the world like the people at this company! I will definitely use them again, if necessary!
