It's really encouraging to find a business that is as friendly & efficient at what it does as Northgate Auto Services. It's a bit "out of my way" to drive to NAS being in the south part of Durham, myself, but it's worth the drive to know I can get what I need "fixed" on my car and know it's been done right the first time. With the new style of vehicles coming out it's getting harder for auto repair businesses to find & retain good mechanics. They're batting 100% with me. Doug Melton

This is by far the best mechanic I have ever been to. The whole crew is warm, kind, smart, honest, and informative. I stumbled upon them a few months ago when I needed a fix fast and just had the best experience. I've been going back ever since and will always take my car to Northgate Auto moving forward :)

Absolutely terrific. Checked in, checked out and diagnosis in less than an hour. Coming back for maintenance that was clearly explained and reasonably priced. Nice folks!
