Wonderful! Quick and easy inspection, and convenient online appointment options

My wife had been unable to avoid an object in the road that scraped the bottom of her car and may have caused a leak. Not sure whether we had a huge problem or no problem, I contacted Northgate Auto Service, and they worked us into their schedule. The answer was we had no problem. But instead of spending hundreds of dollars to find that out from the Subaru dealer, we spent less than $25 with Northgate, and got quick and friendly service to boot. A great resource!

I had the absolutely most professional and helpful experience: Just before Jul 4 weekend, I needed an engine splash guard re-attached and no other shop was able to do it before the weekend. Blake at Northgate qent out of his way to squeeze me in, did a bang up job and charged me a very fair price. Kelly at the front desk was also awesome in co-ordinating this for me. Will be recommending them to everybody I know in Durham!

Wow is all I can say. I set up a easy appt for my son to take his car in. It had to be towed in a day early. I emailed the shop to make sure this would be ok and it was. The car was worked on and the same day my son got a call saying the car was ready! So professional and great customer service. This will for now be our go to place for service! Thank you so much!
