Going to Northgate auto service is always a pleasant experience. Kelly the office manager, is so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with her as I wait for my car to be serviced. The techs are friendly too and provide good customer service as well. After they finish with my car, they pull it around to the front of the store so that I can easily drive away.

I went in to get my Prius' annual inspection. The people there are so friendly and helpful. I will certainly be return customer.

Stopped By To check on getting an oil change. They were fully booked for appointments however after discussing the decision was made they would work me in the next day at noon. I really appreciated the extra help they took to work me in to their schedule. This is the type shop I enjoy using trustful, very friendly and really made it possible to complete the work before I returned to Atlanta.

Despite the run around my insurance company gave them, Northgate Auto gave me the most professional, patient, extremely fast, and thorough service after having my car broken into and almost stolen.
