Durham Auto Repair

Took my 2015 Altima to get a second opinion on a brake job I had done at another shop. I called the day before and was able to set a time. They were ready and got to work right away. The mechanic took time to speak with me about what I was going on and what my options were.

I got there at the time of my appointment and didn't wait long to get my car inspected. It was done quickly and Kelly is nice and friendly :)

This is such a great shop. They are always patient and helpful. They get you in, fix the thing you were complaining about, and might point out other things that could use fixing but won't do any extra work unless you ask them. Great prices, awesome service, and you usually get some advice to keep you from having to come back any sooner than you have to. Highly recommend.

It's really encouraging to find a business that is as friendly & efficient at what it does as Northgate Auto Services. It's a bit "out of my way" to drive to NAS being in the south part of Durham, myself, but it's worth the drive to know I can get what I need "fixed" on my car and know it's been done right the first time. With the new style of vehicles coming out it's getting harder for auto repair businesses to find & retain good mechanics. They're batting 100% with me. Doug Melton
