Professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

We’ve been going to Northgate Auto for many years now. They are very professional, reasonably priced and above all very HONEST. After going to my local dealership for my air conditioning not working, they told me I needed 4K worth of work on my car. I declined and took it right to Northgate Auto. Half the stuff the dealership claimed needed fixing was fine, some were much cheaper than was quoted and the one thing that needed replacing was my heating/air compressor. Northgate Auto priced it close but lower to the dealership. They will also give you the old parts when they are done if you ask. That tells you right there they are the real deal. I highly recommend Northgate Auto. They are wonderful.

I am happy I went in to do my state inspection. Just a good atmosphere, and personal connection. Not to mention they fit me in without a schedule.

The whole crew at Northgate Auto gives excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. The waiting area is comfortable with free coffee, free water, and free Wi-Fi. There's a television, too. Fees are as reasonable as you'll find anywhere.

Very honest people!

I first heard about Northgate Auto because I friend pulled into their shop with a flat, and told us they came out and helped change her tire for free. I've only had to use them for the yearly inspection and oil change, but I have absolutely no complaints. I make an appointment online, drop my car off the night before, and they complete the job the day of the appointment. Once they're done they send me an invoice that I can pay online, then they put my key in a lock box so I can grab it after I get off work. I'm sad that I'll be moving soon and have to find a new place to go to
