Hey Coleman! We appreciate the review and your business! We always strive to provide a 5 star experience. I apologize for the misunderstanding around your appointment yesterday. I checked your original appointment request and see it was requested as a drop off. Just to further clarify, drop off appointments are set to be dropped off by 9am and so you will only see 2 time slots available for drop offs, 8am or 9am (outside of after hours). For drop off appointments, we work those into any gaps in our schedule for the day and aim to have those out by 5pm when we close. We do allow time specific appointments and for those, you would request a time slot, not select drop off, and wait for a second email confirmation for that time. In that case, we aim to have your service completed within 1hr of your appointment time, whether you leave the vehicle with us or wait for it to be performed. If the selected time slot is not available, we will reach out to you with alternate times to get you scheduled. Again, sorry for any confusion around this and we will use this as an opportunity to find a way to better communicate this online and through the respective confirmation emails.
