I have used Northgate for many years for several autos and they have always been professional, friendly, and capable. I recommend them highly.

Truly the best auto repair shop in town! They are always very nice, helpful and professional. The front desk manager, Pia, is such a wonderful, caring person to interact with. Always a pleasure!

I didn’t get car service here but I can speak to their customer service. I got a flat tire down the street and pulled into Northgate Auto. Hunter greeted me and told me I’d need a new tire and my old one couldn’t be salvaged. He offered to order a new one but it might take a day. While I wait for a tow, he let me use his phone charger (my phone was dying and I needed it to communicate with the tow). They let me park in an empty spot on their property while I waited. THANK YOU HUNTER so much for helping me during a hectic time!

Wonderful place! They were prompt, spotlessly clean, reasonable, and thorough. On a personal note, the lady on the front desk, Pia, was so very nice. I will definitely return here.

Let me just start by saying that Pia is such an incredibly warm and helpful human being. She was friendly, genuine, and very communicative. You should go to Northgate simply to work with her because she makes a slightly intimidating and stressful situation manageable. And I didn't know such honesty existed in the automotive service world! I dropped off my car and after test driving it they simply asked me what it was that I thought was wrong with it (apparently my car was in much better shape than I realized). They could've very easily lied and fabricated things that needed to be done, but they didn't. They also were very transparent about the itemized costs and when an unexpected item came up, they told me about it before they did the work. And I even spent less money than I expected to, which was a very pleasant surprise. I picked up my car on-time and it's running and sounding great! I was able to drive safely for the holidays and it's all because of Northgate. Thanks guys!! I hope I won't need work anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go. :)
