As always, the service at Northgate is the best. Have never had a problem with any work they have ever done for us. After many, many years of doing business there, we still consider them #1 in Durham.

We really like Northgate Auto. We used them when we used to live in Durham (2007 - 2011) and loved them then, and have gone back to them now that we're back in town, and they're as good as ever. They seem to be very honest, even recommending against repairs that would have been good business for them, just because the car was becoming a money pit and they recognized that. Their fees are also quite reasonable, if not borderline cheap. Super happy, definitely recommend them to friends.

People were great. Very efficient. Very pleasant to deal with.I just had a question. My oil indication says my oil is still at 60%, sothe sensors are not indicating that I actually got an oil change. I thoughtthey said them intended to give me on in addition to the inspection.I just need to know if by mistake the oil change did not happen.Thanks,Carol

I really appreciate these guys for being straight up with estimates. They will also work with you if you buy your own parts at Auto Zone. A competitor in town will charge you about $100.00 just to hook your car up to a computer for diagnostic reviews of your car. No way, not this family run business and I won't take my car any where else. They installed my windshield wipers for free.

Friendly service. They found out what the problem was and fixed it. Even found a way to keep the costs down. I would recommend this auto service to ANYONE!!

Welcoming staff. Upfront about time lines and cost of repairs. Cost was higher than expected, but so far have not had any secondary problems for the work provided. Seem very customer oriented. Will use them again.
