Great service and very honest.

Went here to get my state inspection. I chose this place because it was close to my house and convenient. After leaving, I noticed I was charged a window tinting fee. My windows are basic stock windows and have never been modified (I bought the car new). When I called the shop back they said they looked like they were slightly tinted, which they are not. I explained I have all my old inspection receipts and none of them indicate that I have tinted windows. The shop said they would call me back, but I haven't heard anything. The individuals I interacted with we're very nice, but I would be hesitant to take my car back here for any work.

One of the best auto shops in Durham. Always busy, but well organized so that they always finish by the estimated time. I trust them with my older Honda for all major service plus annual inspections.

My car has broken down twice. NGAS has gotten me in same day both times and correctly diagnosed the problem both times. Their staff are friendly and their prices are fair. Overall, a great, hassle-free repair shop.
