Tried to over charge for an oil change because they didnt wanna do it..havent been back

The owner and his employees are kind and courteous. Excellent customer service and hard working people. They have the absolute best mechanic around Toney who has 30+ years under his belt. They do everything they can to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. They do speedy inspections all depending on if they find something that needs to be fixed. And they definitely are not like some businesses out there that make up stuff being wrong with your car that's not just to get money out of you. They are the most honest and real people you will ever meet in the auto service industry.

Only one thing I can say about Northgate Auto is AWESOME!!!

I brought my car in for State Inspection. Attendant was friendly and courteous. I had a 9:30 appointment and inspection was completed very quickly — I was out before 10. I would definitely come back for any future automotive service.
